• Retention: We retain personal information for registered users as long as their account is active or as needed to provide the service. We retain non-personal usage data for analytics and improvement purposes. Data stored locally in the cache is subject to device storage management and user actions (clearing cache, uninstalling). 6. User Choices and Rights

• Registration: Registration is optional.

• Accessing/Updating Information: Registered users may be able to access or update their account information (e.g., email) through account settings (if available) or by contacting us.

• Deleting Your Account: Registered users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting us at hello@worldtvstream.com. Please note that deletion may be subject to legal retention requirements.

• Deleting Local Data: Non-registered users can typically clear locally stored data (like cached playlists) by clearing the App's cache or data through their device's settings, or by uninstalling the App.

• Advertising Preferences: You can usually limit ad tracking or opt-out of interest-based advertising through your mobile device's settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

7. Content Disclaimer and IPTV Sources

• No Hosting: Watch Live TV does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. The App acts as an index or directory of media content found publicly on the internet.

• Source: We primarily utilize publicly available channel links aggregated by the iptv-org/iptv project on GitHub (https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv). This project states it is a "Collection of publicly available IPTV channels from all over the world" and operates under the Unlicense (public domain).

• Legality and Copyright: The iptv-org/iptv repository notes: "No video files are stored in this repository. The repository simply contains user-submitted links to publicly available video stream URLs, which to the best of our knowledge have been intentionally made publicly by the copyright holders." We rely on this representation.

• No Responsibility: World TV Stream (WTS) has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, legality, accuracy, or availability of the channels linked within the App or within user-uploaded M3U playlists. Streaming copyrighted content without permission may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for the content they access and for verifying the legality of that content.

• DMCA/Takedowns: As stated by iptv-org/iptv, linking does not directly infringe copyright. WTS does not host the content. If you believe a link infringes your rights, you should contact the web host that is actually hosting the content. Removing a link from the App or the source repository will not remove the content from the web.

8. Children's Privacy

The Watch Live TV App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
