• Primary Source: We primarily utilize publicly available channel links aggregated by the iptv-org/iptv project on GitHub (https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv), which operates under the Unlicense (public domain) and states it links to streams intentionally made public by copyright holders. We may also index other publicly available legal streams.

• Legality and User Responsibility: We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, legality, accuracy, or availability of the channels linked via our Services or within user-uploaded M3U playlists. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of the content accessed through our Services is legal in your jurisdiction. Streaming copyrighted material without permission may be illegal.

• DMCA/Takedowns: Linking itself does not constitute direct copyright infringement as no copy is made on our servers. WTS does not host the streaming content. If you are a copyright holder and believe a link available through our Services infringes your rights, you must contact the web host that is actually hosting the content. Removing a link from our index or the source repository will not remove the content from the internet.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in applicable jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
